Our Corporate Presentation Deck
Launched in January 2013, our mission is to create shareholder value by selling or taking public the companies that we incubate.
Our revenue model includes a fee of 5% from the revenue that our licensees generate on their networks, and a 15% stake in their company when they reach a liquidity event. As of 2nd quarter 2021, Social Life has ten licensees, of which three are in the process of public offerings on NASDAQ or the NYSE through Reg A Tier 2 offerings.
All licensees have a prerequisite of raising a minimum of $1 Million USD, 10 investors, and 10 industry experts as board advisors, before consideration of joining our TBI. The ten licensees in our TBI, have a total of 221 industry experts as advisors.
